Terms and Conditions – APMS Gaming Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on apms, accessing the platform at apms.fun, making a deposit, placing a bet or playing any game, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the apms platform.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and apms. They apply alongside any specific rules attached to individual games, promotions, tournaments or bonuses available on the platform. Where a specific promotion has its own terms, those terms apply in addition to these general Terms and Conditions, and in case of direct conflict the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use an apms account you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The apms platform is strictly for adults. Persons under 18 are not permitted to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must register using accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. Providing false details at registration is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• You are permitted to hold only one account on apms. Duplicate accounts created by the same individual, whether using different contact details, payment methods or devices, are strictly prohibited and will be closed when identified.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or voluntary ban that you yourself have requested through apms' responsible gaming tools. If you have previously requested self-exclusion, attempting to register a new account is a breach of these terms.

apms reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Verification may include a government-issued identity document, proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership. Accounts may be restricted from withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your apms account. This includes all bets placed, games played, deposits made and withdrawals requested, regardless of whether those actions were taken by you directly or by someone else using your account with or without your knowledge.

• Keep your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes, strictly private. Do not share them with any other person.
• Use a strong, unique password for your apms account and change it immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
• Notify apms support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or suspect that your login details have been compromised.
• Do not allow any other person to use your account, including family members. Each individual must hold their own account.

apms is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has been negligent in protecting their credentials. However, once a report of unauthorised access is received, apms will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on apms are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees because PKR is the native currency of the platform throughout – from deposit to gameplay balance to withdrawal.

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. Available methods may vary and are shown within your account's cashier section at the time of transaction.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within minutes. Delays may occasionally occur due to payment provider processing times outside apms' control.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. Processing times vary by method but apms aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. Withdrawals will not be processed to a payment method not linked to or owned by the account holder.
• apms reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts, which are displayed in the cashier section. These limits may change and are subject to the platform's current payment processing arrangements.
• Any funds deposited into your apms balance that originate from an irregular, disputed or reversed payment may be removed from your balance and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

apms offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. Each promotion has its own specific terms attached, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's individual terms.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from your real money balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per promotion) must be wagered on qualifying games before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• A maximum bet limit applies while a bonus is active. Placing bets above the stated maximum single bet limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Bonus funds and free spins have an expiry period stated in the promotion terms. Any unused bonus funds or spins that have not been played through before the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or wagering patterns designed purely to extract bonus value rather than for genuine gameplay, is prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure.

apms reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-cycle, players who have already opted in and met the deposit condition will be given a reasonable period to complete the wagering requirement.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The apms sports betting section covers cricket including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series, Test matches and other international fixtures, as well as football, esports and other sports made available on the platform from time to time.

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in and cannot be changed unless the bet qualifies for cash-out where that feature is available.
• Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed or cancelled without resumption within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time will be voided and the stake returned to your account balance.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief delay during processing. apms reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were suspended at the time of placement, even if the system accepted the bet before the suspension could be enforced technically.
• Cricket bets for matches that are reduced in overs due to weather or other conditions will be settled according to the revised match format and official result. DLS method results are accepted as the official result for settlement purposes.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the betting slip at the time of bet placement. Bets that would result in winnings exceeding the maximum payout limit will have the payout capped at that limit.
• Obvious pricing errors – where an odds value is clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error – will result in the affected bets being voided and stakes returned, regardless of the outcome of the event.

7 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games, slots and live casino titles available on apms are provided by third-party game software providers. Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that determines outcomes independently of apms and independently of any other game session.

• Game outcomes are determined by the RNG at the moment of each spin, hand or round. Past outcomes have no bearing on future results. No strategy or betting pattern can alter the mathematical outcome of any RNG-based game.
• If a game session disconnects mid-round due to a technical fault, the round will be completed and settled based on the last confirmed game state recorded by the game server. apms is not liable for losses arising from player-side connectivity issues.
• Displayed Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages calculated by the game provider over millions of rounds. Individual session results will vary significantly from the stated RTP and this is a normal part of how these games function.
• apms does not influence the outcome of any game. All game results are determined by the software provider's certified systems.
• Progressive jackpot amounts shown within the Game Lobby are live figures fed by the game provider and may fluctuate. The displayed amount at the time a jackpot is won is the amount that will be paid, subject to any platform maximum payout limits.

8 Responsible Gaming

apms provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered players directly within the account settings section and can be activated without contacting support. Available tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly), session time reminders and self-exclusion.

• Deposit limits take effect immediately when set and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit requires a waiting period.
• Self-exclusion removes access to the apms platform for the period chosen. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account is suspended and no deposits, bets or gameplay are possible. Promotional communications will also be stopped for the duration.
• Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new account. Doing so is a breach of these terms and any account found to have been registered in this way will be closed.
• The apms platform is only for adults aged 18 and above. Players must not allow minors to access the platform using their account or device.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the apms platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent closure:

• Registering more than one account for the same individual, whether using different names, contact details, devices or IP addresses.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent verification request.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, including depositing funds and withdrawing without meaningful gameplay.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in game logic or odds pricing errors for financial gain rather than reporting them to support.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any mechanical or electronic aid that gives an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker formats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing the bonus system by using multiple accounts, structuring bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other pattern that indicates exploitation rather than genuine gameplay.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing apms support staff or other players in any communication channel.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

apms reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion where there is reasonable belief that a breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred, or where required to do so for risk management, fraud prevention or responsible gaming purposes.

• Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to provide clarification or supporting information.
• If a breach is confirmed following investigation, apms may permanently close the account. Funds held in accounts closed due to confirmed fraud, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct may be forfeited.
• Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support. A voluntary closure request will be processed promptly. Any remaining real money balance will be returned via the player's primary withdrawal method after applicable verification checks.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to inactivity handling as stated in the separate inactivity policy accessible within the account settings section.

11 Limitation of Liability

apms provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and payment reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages and force majeure events are outside our direct control.

• apms is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, game disconnections caused by player-side network issues, or delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• apms is not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive losses of any kind arising from use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
• apms' maximum liability to any player in connection with any single event or transaction is limited to the amount of the real money stake or deposit directly associated with that event or transaction.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Changes to These Terms

apms may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address on their account or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the apms platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when these terms were most recently revised.

13 Contact and Disputes

If you have a question about these Terms and Conditions or wish to raise a dispute about a transaction, bet settlement or account decision, the first step is to contact apms customer support. Most issues can be resolved quickly through the support team.

• Raise your query or dispute through the in-platform live chat or via the support email shown in the footer of this page.
• Provide your registered account username, the date and nature of the issue, and any relevant transaction reference numbers when contacting support.
• apms aims to respond to and resolve support queries promptly. Complex disputes involving transaction investigations may take longer to resolve fully.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, you may request an escalation to senior review. Details of the escalation process are provided within the account's help section.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising under them, are subject to the platform's standard dispute resolution process as described above. apms does not provide arbitration through any external third-party body.
